Custom Lyophilization

Lyophilization is a difficult science.  If your product needs to be freeze-dried in a non-sterile protocol, ACS, Inc. can lyophilize difficult substrates, freeze-dry large orders, run lots in bulk, finish out smaller orders, etc. Custom lyophilization includes vacuum stoppering and sealing. Inquire about pricing and minimum size requirements.

ACS, Inc. is a pioneer in the coagulation field.  Our new controls have patents pending, our reagents break new grounds in platelet, platelet factor 3, intrinsic factor and even extrinsic factor testing!  Do you need a product that deals with platelets?  Do you need coagulation controls for specific purposes?  Does your instrument have special needs?  Check with ACS, Inc.

R&D: General

ACS has a wide range of experience.  Some of our past projects have produced successful products that have now  been on the market for 15 years.  Not all research & development projects will be accepted.  However, there are many good partnerships that have come of Analytical Control Systems, Inc. working on quality control projects for companies whose skills lie elsewhere!
